01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and haha77 ("haha77," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the haha77 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at haha77.vip and any associated mobile applications or platforms (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

02 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on haha77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and permitted at the time of play.

• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of haha77, or an immediate family member of any such person.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

haha77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the haha77 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued identification document;
• A valid and active email address that you own and control;
• Your date of birth;
• Your current residential address in the Philippines;
• A valid mobile number registered in your name.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information. Any changes to your personal details must be reported to haha77 support promptly. haha77 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.

haha77 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as required by PAGCOR regulations. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed.

04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your haha77 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

All transactions and gameplay activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorized by you — are your responsibility. haha77 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify haha77 support immediately. haha77 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported unauthorized access.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

haha77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

The following payment methods are not accepted on haha77 under any circumstances:

• Cryptocurrency of any kind (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset);
• Credit card deposits for gambling purposes, which are prohibited under current Philippine regulations.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are subject to the limits published in the cashier section of the Platform, which may be updated from time to time. haha77 reserves the right to apply transaction fees on withdrawals where disclosed in the cashier.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements. haha77 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

All deposits and withdrawals are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) checks in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR requirements. haha77 may request additional documentation to verify the source of funds at any time.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

haha77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be published alongside the relevant offer.

General bonus terms applicable to all haha77 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts only. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification are not eligible to claim or withdraw bonus-derived winnings.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless the promotion terms expressly permit this.
• haha77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring bonuses already claimed in good faith.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other fraudulent means — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

07 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the haha77 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account, payment, and conduct matters.

haha77 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted in real time via video stream and are subject to the rules of the specific table game being played.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, haha77 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. haha77 is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

haha77 reserves the right to void any bet or transaction that is placed as a result of a manifest error, including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect game outcomes displayed due to a technical error, or any other obvious mistake. In such cases, haha77 will return the original stake to the player's account.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the haha77 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time;
• Creating or operating multiple accounts;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing haha77 staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Allowing any third party to access or use your account on your behalf.

haha77 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including suspension, permanent closure, and legal action where warranted.

09 Responsible Gaming

haha77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. haha77 strongly encourages all players to set personal limits and to seek help if gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to negatively affect their finances, relationships, or wellbeing.

haha77 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the haha77 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of haha77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of haha77.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, haha77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

haha77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your haha77 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. haha77 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. haha77 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. haha77 operates under a licence issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to haha77's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.

13 Amendments to These Terms

haha77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, haha77 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting haha77 support.
